Meet the Team
Behind Carrying The Crown is a team of leaders who believe in the power of mentorship, accountability, and community. Together, we are committed to creating spaces where men feel supported, challenged, and empowered to grow.
BRENDEN HAIR | FOUNDER & CEO
Brenden Hair is the Founder and Executive Director of Carrying the Crown (CTC), a men’s development and mentoring movement dedicated to helping men confront past pain, embrace responsibility, and lead with purpose in their homes, workplaces, and communities. Through CTC, Brenden designs and leads seminars, small-group sessions, and virtual calls that address spiritual growth, mental and emotional health, financial stewardship, and legacy-building.
Professionally, Brenden serves as the Order Fulfillment Supply Chain Manager at Belk, where he leads large, cross-functional teams and drives performance across complex retail distribution networks. He is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, building on his MBA in International Supply Chain Management and his Bachelor’s in Business Information Systems/Business Administration.
A U.S. military veteran, certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Brenden blends disciplined execution with a heart for service. His lived experience as a husband, father, veteran, and community leader shapes CTC’s mission: equipping men with the tools, accountability, and brotherhood they need to “carry the crown” in every area of life.
